Europe Trip - Paris - Day 4 (Part 2)

touchdown in Gare Du Nord station in Paris. it took us a short while to orientate ourselves before we continued our trip towards the hotel. free and easy holidays are usually an adventure as its common to get lost here and there, but then again, thats the fun of it.

Europe Trip - London - Day 2 (Part 3)

like most of the other big cities, london also has an extensive underground metro network. although not as challenging as Tokyo's metro network, it can still get quite confusing for first-timers. always remember these 2 golden rules:

1. check the electronic board to see if you are boarding the right train

2. check if the train line is running, some lines are closed periodically for maintenance.

you'll also experience the occassional short stoppages of the tube system. if you are planning a trip to london, maps can be downloaded from Transport for London's website.
